Tucker S. Morris is currently a Loan Processor for Iron Bridge Lending. Mr. Morris is primarily responsible for assisting with the loan underwriting process by educating prospective borrowers about Iron Bridge Lending’s loan programs, building and maintaining borrower files, and preparing and reviewing loan documents.
Mr. Morris joined Iron Bridge Lending with nearly ten years of experience in the real estate industry in various capacities, beginning as an Account Manager for a locally owned title company in the Bay Area. Most recently, Mr. Morris was a commercial real estate manager in the Bay Area and in Portland for a national commercial real estate investment firm, where he learned the full investment lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition, as well as the repositioning that takes place in between.
Mr. Morris is originally from the Portland metro area and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Small Business Management concentration, and a minor in Sociology from Southern Oregon University in 2013.
