Richard Kaimie currently serves as a Senior Analyst for Iron Bridge Lending. Mr. Kaimie is primarily responsible for underwriting and analyzing loans and ensuring that they conform to the financial performance and risk management guidelines set forth by the Company.
With a background in single- and multi-family residential real estate, Mr. Kaimie has been actively involved in a variety of construction and management projects. Prior to joining Iron Bridge Lending, Mr. Kaimie worked as a Financial Representative at Country Financial where he advised clients regarding their financial security, recommending solutions ranging from insurance to investment products.
Mr. Kaimie graduated from the University of Portland in 2010 at the top of his business school class, with a major in Finance and a minor in Political Science. Mr. Kaimie is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a licensed Loan Originator in the State of Oregon.
