Richard Kaimie serves as Senior Analyst and Director of Loan Origination for Iron Bridge Lending. Mr. Kaimie is primarily responsible for managing the loan origination and underwriting teams to ensure that portfolio loans conform to the financial performance and risk management guidelines set forth by the company. Over the past 13 years, Mr. Kaimie has been actively involved in a variety of single-family and multi-family construction and management projects.
Mr. Kaimie graduated from the University of Portland in 2010 at the top of his business school class, with a major in Finance and a minor in Political Science. Mr. Kaimie is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a licensed Loan Originator in the State of Oregon.
