Senior Analyst
Stanca Oltean serves as Senior Analyst for Iron Bridge Lending and oversees the portfolio of residential construction loans. Ms. Oltean is responsible for all aspects of the fund control process, managing draw disbursements during construction projects and ensuring that they conform to the risk management guidelines set forth by the company.
With a background in the public and private sectors, Ms. Oltean worked as a Political Officer for the U.S. Department of State monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key issues affecting policy decisions. Prior to joining Iron Bridge Lending, Ms. Oltean worked as Operations Manager for an AFH Facility where she developed and implemented policies and procedures to improve patient care and workflow.
Ms. Oltean earned her Masters in International Relations from the University of Essex in 2010. She completed her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University in 2008, with a major in Business Administration and minors in Economics and French.
