Stanca Oltean serves as Senior Analyst and Director of Loan Servicing for Iron Bridge Lending and manages the loan servicing and construction draw processing departments. Ms. Oltean is responsible for post-funding activities, including managing draw disbursements for construction loans to ensure they conform to the risk management guidelines set forth by the company.
Ms. Oltean earned her Masters in International Relations from the University of Essex in 2010. She completed her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University in 2008, with a major in Business Administration and minors in Economics and French.
