Mike Ferguson is a Senior Analyst with Iron Bridge Lending. Mr. Ferguson is primarily responsible for underwriting and analyzing loans and ensuring that they conform to the financial performance and risk management guidelines set forth by the Company.
With a background in residential and commercial real estate lending, Mr. Ferguson has over 15 years of experience developing, underwriting, and structuring real estate transactions. Prior to joining Iron Bridge Lending Mr. Ferguson was a Senior Vice President and Loan Department Manager at Lewis & Clark Bank in Portland, Oregon.
Mr. Ferguson graduated from the University of Oregon in 1997 with a B.S. in Business Administration, and from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in 2008.
